I am sharing a script that we are using in our environment for extracting white space information in exchange databases.
This script has been modified so that it can be used in any exchange 2010 environment.
Just extract the attached zip from below link , change the email-id and smtp server name at the beginning of the script (White_Space_2010.ps1)

Run the batch file(White_Space.bat) after that.
Note:- Exchange 2010 Management Shell is needed.

Note:- In exchange 2010 True white space can only be captured by using eseutil. The above only show white space in the root tree of the database.
